2021 Pentathlon Canada Annual General Meeting of Membership / Convocation à l’assemblée annuelle des membres 2021

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of membership of Pentathlon Canada will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 from 3:00pm – 5:00pm (EST).  The meeting will be held by webconference.

If you plan to participate please confirm attendance by March 19^th to Shelley Callaghan at: executivedirector@pentathloncanada.ca

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Review the financial statements of Pentathlon Canada for the financial year ending December 31, 2020.
2. Confirm provincial membership for 2021.
3. Review and approve new Pentathlon Canada By-laws.
4. Elect Pentathlon Canada Directors.
5. To consider any further resolution or business brought before the membership and directors prior to the meeting.

Please forward any resolution, business or questions to have considered during the meeting by March 13, 2021 to the President, Rod Staveley at president@pentathloncanada.ca

Convocation à l’assemblée annuelle des membres 2021

Le présent avis annonce la tenue de l’assemblée annuelle des membres de Pentathlon Canada, qui se tiendra le samedi 20 mars 2021, de 15 h à 17 h (HE). Cette réunion aura lieu par conférence Web.

Si vous prévoyez y participer, veuillez confirmer votre présence d’ici le 19 mars en communiquant avec Shelley Callaghan à executivedirector@pentathloncanada.ca.

Cette réunion vise à :

1. examiner les états financiers de Pentathlon Canada pour l’exercice financier se terminant le 31 décembre 2020;
2. confirmer les affiliations provinciales pour 2021;
3. examiner et approuver les nouveaux règlements administratifs de Pentathlon Canada;
4. élire les administrateurs de Pentathlon Canada;
5. examiner toute résolution ou affaire qui pourrait être soumise aux membres et aux administrateurs avant la réunion.

Veuillez faire parvenir toute résolution, affaire ou question qui pourrait être examinée durant la réunion au président de Pentathlon Canada, Rod Staveley, d’ici le 13 mars 2021, à president@pentathloncanada.ca.
